Live2D rigging is not my full time job. I split my time evenly between content creation, Live2D + music.

Estimated completion time on your slot does not commence until I've started your commission.

Commissions are not FCFS. FCFS means first come first served

Unrealistic deadlines will not be considered. As my client queue is always long, I can't take commissions that have a deadline within a month or two from contacting me. It can take many months before I get to a slot. please plan special events very far in advanced as I will not be able to meet it without enough notice.

A request with a deadline less than 3 months from the date i start your slot will be considered rush and incur a rush fee.

Using my artwork, including commissioned, pre-existing or future, is strictly prohibited from being used for AI learning and using as an NFT (Non Fungible Token).

Commissioned rigging is a digital product, therefore no physical copies of commissioned rigging will be shipped to the clients address.

you have full ownership of the funds sent in this transaction.

The Live2D .cmo3 file is not included in my services - Ownership of the file incurs a 2x fee of the total cost of services to date. In circumstances where you require advanced or specific rigging services from another rigger, sharing the file will be considered as long as they have a trustworthy record of work. .cmo3 File sharing will only occur between the other rigger and myself.

Commissions are not first come first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if I am unable to work on it, meet expectations/requests or if I do not work on the subject requested.

Edits are allowed during the drafting phase only. Once the draft is approved, the work begins the completion phase. Any major changes desired after completion will be subject to additional fees.

I do not allow cancellations, refunds or chargebacks once the draft has been approved. Clients are welcome to request WIPs and/or updates at any time during the commission phase.

Refunds will be organised if I (the Artist) cannot complete the order - please do not request a chargeback in this case, I will refund the money back directly, immediately.

I reserve the right to stream working on the artwork on Twitch. If privacy/NDA is required, please ensure to explicitly request this during the ordering phase. Fees apply. NDA fees do not apply for instances where the artwork can be shown & only the name needs to be redacted.

Payment is via WISE invoice only. I do not accept alternative payment methods.

Clients may be invoiced in Australian Dollar (AUD)

50% deposit__ is required to be paid during the drafting phase, the remaining 50% is required upon completion. HQ/Completed files will not be sent to the client unless the invoice has been fully paid.

Completion time is 1-4 months. Specific deadlines must be discussed. Rush fees may apply. In the event of any delays, I take the responsibility of informing the client as soon as possible.

I have a full-time job outside of streaming & illustration work. By commissioning me, you understand my circumstances. As outlined above, if my schedule causes any delays, I take the responsibility to inform the client.

Australian clients must specify if they are in Australia due to GST compliance. Please note this will NOT affect the price of your commission, GST is included in the price - it just needs to be displayed on invoices to Australian clients
